Exercise Physiology plays a vital role in the prevention and management of many chronic health conditions. At AP Physiology, we provide personalised exercise programs to help improve strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, function and overall quality of life. We work with individuals living with conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders and persistent pain, using evidence-based exercise interventions to help you move with confidence and achieve long-term health outcomes.
Patients living with a chronic medical condition may be eligible for Medicare-subsidised Exercise Physiology services through a Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP) arranged by their GP. If you're unsure whether you're eligible, we're happy to discuss your options and work alongside your GP to help you access the care you need.
Whether you're recovering from a recent injury, surgery or managing any long-term musculoskeletal condition, AP Physiology provides individualised rehabilitation programs designed to restore movement, reduce pain and safely return you to the activities you enjoy. Every rehabilitation program is tailored to your goals, lifestyle and current level of function, with a strong focus on improving strength, mobility, confidence and long-term injury prevention.
AP Physiology is proud to provide Exercise Physiology services to eligible Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) clients. We understand the unique physical and health challenges many veterans experience and provide personalised, evidence-based exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, independence and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to support long-term health while helping veterans maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
AP Physiology supports NDIS participants by delivering personalised exercise programs that promote independence, physical function and quality of life. Every program is tailored to the participant's individual goals, abilities and support needs, focusing on improving strength, balance, mobility, confidence and participation in everyday activities. We work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals to help achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Recovering from a workplace injury requires a structured and goal-focused approach. AP Physiology works with injured workers, employers, insurers and healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation that supports safe and sustainable recovery. Our programs are designed to reduce pain, restore physical capacity, improve confidence and assist with a successful return to work while meeting the individual's rehabilitation goals.
Many private health insurance providers offer rebates for Accredited Exercise Physiology services, depending on your level of cover. AP Physiology provides high-quality, personalised care for individuals seeking support with injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, pain, mobility and performance. If you're unsure whether you're eligible for a rebate, we recommend contacting your health fund directly, and we're happy to assist with any questions regarding your appointment.
